Ensure you place your magnet on a part of your car that is compatible with magnets, such as the door. Unsure if your car works with magnets? Test it using a refrigerator magnet—if it sticks, your car is suitable. If not, consider using our car door decals instead. The vehicle surface should be smooth, clean, and free of dust before application. To maintain your vehicle’s finish, remove and reposition the magnet every 2 to 3 days. Clean both the magnet’s back and the car surface weekly using a damp cloth and mild detergent.

Before getting started, you’ll want to see if your car is compatible with our magnets by placing a small refrigerator magnet on it. If it sticks, you’re good to go. If not, take a look at our car door decals – which are made with a long-lasting adhesive. Most car doors are made out of a metal material like steel, which works great with our vehicle magnets. But some newer car doors are made with smaller amounts of metal, which magnets won’t stick to. Note: Follow the care and usage tips in the FAQ section to avoid damaging your vehicle.
